A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way. (Excluding custom orders)

A: Because all items are handmade / items are limited edition, all sales are final.

Q: How should I care for my items?
A: To keep your items looking their best, I recommend keeping away from direct moisture and storing them in a dry place.
A: For pottery, never submerge it in water or use chemical cleaners. Instead, gently remove dust with a microfiber cloth. Most of my pottery is intended for display only.
